    1. Services restored but still processing messages received during affected window

      MSPintegrations workflow processing services are fully restored as of approximately 50 minutes ago (17:00 UTC / 9:00 AM PT / 12:00 PM ET) today (Christmas Day, December 25, 2025).

      A small percentage of workflows that were started between approximately 16:00 and 17:00 UTC are still pending processing. Other workflows that were started during that window were marked as failed. We are continuing work to identify the cause of a race condition that caused these workflows to be delayed or failed, and we are also working to ensure the pending workflows are processed. We will not reprocess any workflows that were marked as failed.

    2. Investigating

      We are still investigating the source of processing issues. We identified a potential race condition and are working to mitigate it. All new traffic is being routed to our secondary infrastructure. Traffic that was received by our impacted infrastructure may continue to be delayed, but we expect new traffic to be processed in a normal and timely manner. We will continue to investigate and monitor.
